The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance has issued Local Program Procedures (LPP) 16-03 which has been recently incorporated into the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM).
Specifically, LPP 16-03 has impacted the following chapters:
- Chapter 2, Roles and Responsibilities
- Chapter 3, Project Authorization
- Chapter 5, Invoicing
- Chapter 10, Consultant Selection
- Chapter 12, Plans, Specifications, & Estimate
- Chapter 15, Advertise and Award Project
- Chapter 16, Administer Construction Contracts
- Chapter 17, Project Completion
- Chapter 19, Oversight and Process Reviews
The following Division of Local Assistance Office Bulletins (DLA-OB) have been incorporated into the LAPM and will expire upon issuance of this LPP:
