Caltrans Division of Local Assistance and the California LTAP Center are hosting a National Highway Institute training on Highway Program Funding. Since space is limited, we are only inviting those who apply this information as part of their everyday responsibilities. Cost is only $125 per person as the CA LTAP center is subsidizing the majority of the class fee’s.
Day 1 provides an overview of the Federal-aid Highway Program, focusing on various aspects of highway program funding unique to FHWA.
Day 2 delivers specifics on how the State receives Federal-aid and the distribution of funds to local agencies by Caltrans.
