Caltrans Oversight Information Notice (COIN) 18-01 has been released to highlight the process that Local Government Agencies (LGA) must follow to submit subsequent Indirect Cost Allocation Plans (ICAP)/Indirect Cost Rate Proposals (ICRP).
Note that if the LGA decides to invoice for another ICAP/ICRP for the following fiscal year (FY), the LGA must submit ICAP/ICRPs certification within six months after the close of the LGA’s FY per 2 CFR 200 Appendix VII D 1 d. Submission of Indirect Cost Rate Proposals. Not complying with the above procedures may result in unreimbursed indirect costs.
