This webinar will introduce the newly updated NHI course on Load and Resistance Factor Rating of Highway Bridges. The target audiences of this Webinar Series are bridge and structure engineers from local and State transportation agencies, FHWA Division Bridge Engineers and private consultants who want to acquire fundamental knowledge of bridge load rating, posting and overweight load permitting.
