In order to improve the performance compliance of the local DBE Program, several updates have been made to DBE Procedures to better reflect the requirements of 49 CFR 26. The following Exhibits have been revised with a September 2020 Revision date: 1. Exhibit 9-A: DBE Implementation Agreement for Local Agencies 2. Exhibit 9-B: Local Agency DBE Annual Submittal Form 3. Exhibit 10-R: A&E Boilerplate Agreement Language 4.
