The California Local Technical Assistance Program is hosting a registration for the National Highway Institute’s Value Engineering (VE) Workshop. This course consists of the study of actual highway projects with the objective of cost reduction and product improvement through value analysis.
Upon completion of the course, each participant should be able to understand the difference between VE and other cost reduction or problem-solving techniques, apply VE techniques individually, serve on a team conducting a VE study, and make significant contributions to the conduct of an agency’s VE or cost management program.
The VE Workshop will be hosted on October 5-8, 2021, from 8:30AM to 2:30PM, and is $450. Please refer to the poster below for further information.
