New Chapter 25 of the Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG)

The new Chapter 25 of the LAPG replaces existing Chapters 22 and 23 of the LAPG, and includes the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Active Transportation Program (ATP), Proposition 1B program (Prop 1B), and the Senate Bill (SB) 1 programs Local Partnership Program (LPP), Trade Corridor Enhancement Program (TCEP), and the Solutions for Congested Corridor Program (SCCP). LAPG Chapter 25 combines program and project delivery similarities and highlights key documents, dates, policy, and other pertinent information for each State program.

The new Form LAPG 25-A: Allocation / Time Extension Request replaces the following:
• Exhibit 22-B: Request for Time Extension (Local ATP Projects)
• Exhibit 23-B: Request for Time Extension(Local STIP Projects)
• Exhibit 23-N: Funding Allocation Checklist
• Exhibit 23-O: Request for Funding Allocation (Local STIP Projects)

LAPG 25-A is a multi-functional form that can be utilized for all ATP, STIP, TCEP, LPP, SCCP and TCIF project allocations or time extension requests. Please refer to the link directly below to access the new form:
