Development of Crash Modification Factors Program: Focus Crash and Facility Type (FCFT) Workshop
November 3, 2021 – 9:30-1:30 PDT
This workshop is open to all federal, State, and local agencies that are involved with safety analysis. The workshop will:
- Demonstrate the effective use of the FCFTs products for systemic safety analysis.
- Provide basic background and demonstration of relevant statistical methodologies from the FCFT, HSSPS, and recent traffic safety literature.
- Describe the process to identify FCFTs using the methodologies in the FCFT report, including a discussion about how State transportation agencies can use these and other methodologies to develop SPFs and CMFs.
Registration is required to participate and is free.
