The California Transportation Cooperative Committee (TCC) invites your participation in a brief, four-question survey that will help TCC and the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) assess the effectiveness of their efforts in improving project delivery and identify new areas to focus outreach. Without feedback from our local partners and transportation stakeholders, the TCC and the DLA cannot meet these goals.
TCC Objectives:
• Strengthen the partnership between transportation stakeholders.
• Improve timeliness of task for efficient project delivery (e.g., E76 processing, allocation request processing, invoice payments etc.).
• Identify and share local agency best practices for delivering federal-aid projects.
• Identify three Division policies/procedures to evaluate and improve project delivery.
• Standardize program guidelines among the funding programs.
• Develop performance key indicators for Local Assistance program delivery related to Funding, Design, Construction, Environmental and Right of Way.
The Survey consists of four questions and takes less than 5 minute to complete.
