Procurement of Architectural and Engineering (A&E) contracts and grant/contract management are the two most common audit findings. In order to assist our local public agencies comply with State and federal regulations, and avoid audit findings, the Division of Local Assistance (DLA) has published two chapters of guidance to administer A&E contracts and manage grants (please bookmark these sites for your future reference).
The DLA endeavors to host a training for each chapter in early fall 2022 to walk our local partners through the required processes and best practices to improve their management of A&E and grant contracts.
