Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Caltrans Civil Rights Program (Caltrans) want to hear your top risks (threats) or opportunities for improvement that might lead to refining the work we do. The FY23 Civil Rights Program Risk Assessment Survey document can be viewed below in pdf format, for those that wish to review before completing online.
Once you identify your main risk and/or opportunities, we ask you to associate it with an Impact, Likelihood, and Scope criteria; thereby, helping us to gauge the severity of the event.
Please share the Survey with others across your group and with anyone that will have interest in providing input on this Risk Assessment Survey.
