Americans with Disability Act – Compliance & Grievance Process

The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance and Office of Civil Rights will provide webinar training for Local Public Agencies (LPAs) to administratively develop and implement grievance procedures for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA requires LPAs with 50 or more employees to adopt, publish, and implement procedures for resolving ADA grievances. This training will provide LPAs with an understanding of federal requirements and templates to properly build an ADA grievance process, procedures, intake form, and log.
