The American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is hosting a 4-hour virtual course to prevent fatalities and injuries in the roadway construction industry by providing an overview of the focus four hazards, like falls, struck-by, caught-in, and between hazards, (runovers and backovers) with emphasis on electrical safety in roadway construction.
Topics to be covered:
• Overview of OSHA Focus Four
• Most common electrical hazards in roadway construction: What they are and how to avoid them
Who should attend:
This training is only for construction workers in the private sector, people who want to work in this area, and construction workers responsible of the safety and health of their agencies in the public sector.
