Please join the Active Transportation Resource Center (ATRC) for its next and final On the Move Synergy 2022 Teleconference event, Demonstrating Project Value: ATRC Evaluation Assistance and Multiple Perspectives on Gauging Project Success.
There is an art and science to evaluating project outcomes and evaluating Active Transportation Program (ATP) investments in light of ATP legislated goals and existing resources. This webinar includes two parts: First, participants will hear about forthcoming ATP evaluation technical assistance from the ATRC Evaluation Project Consulting Team. Next, participants will hear from panelists familiar with ATP implementation who will highlight the different ways local and regional agencies can demonstrate and communicate the value of their projects, in addition to before and after project pedestrian and bicyclist counts. As always, this webinar will allow for a robust Q&A with panelists and the ATRC team. You are encouraged to send questions in advance of the webinar to atsp@cdph.ca.gov.
Special guest presentations, including:
• Tracy McMillan, Nelson/Nygaard
Forthcoming ATP evaluation technical assistance and evaluation framework
• Keith Williams, Shasta Regional Transportation Agency
Implementing Active Transportation Networks to Measure Project Success
• Jeanne LePage and Juan Castillo, Ecology Action
Tried and tested tools and metrics to help quantify non-infrastructure program impacts
Advanced free registration is requested.
Send questions in advance to be answered during the webinar to atsp@cdph.ca.gov.
