Changes were made for a correction to the existing language clarifying that the Division of State Architect (DSA) review is for state-only funded projects (not SB1 projects). Language has also been added regarding the Certified Access Specialist (CASp) program for state-only funded projects with sidewalks and related facilities that are not Safe Routes to School projects.
