FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program is Open!

U.S. Department of Transportation

The United States Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) is now accepting applications for its FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program (TCP)! The TCP will provide up to $22 million in funding for Capacity Builders to provide technical assistance, planning, and capacity building support to disadvantaged and under-resourced communities across the U.S. to help them advance the transformative transportation projects needed to thrive. This year’s program includes a pilot to fund State and Regional TCP activities. In addition, local, Tribal, and regional governments along with their community partners are invited to submit a Letter of Interest to receive no-cost tailored technical assistance for a two-year period as well as three years of facilitated peer learning opportunities.
