The Division of Local Assistance (DLA) Office of Guidance and Oversight (OGO) will provide an open office hour to assist with questions concerning updated Build America Buy America (BABA) provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
The DLA Office Bulletin #23-04 Update to Exhibit 12-G: Required Federal-aid Contract Language incorporates updated BABA provisions and provide clarity on the provisions related to domestic preferences that was issued on the Office of Management and Budget final guidance on August 23, 2023.
