Connecticut Training & Technical Assistance (CT T2) Center is hosting a virtual Adaptive Signals Coffee and Conversation session, in partnership with the Intelligent Transportation Society of Connecticut (ITS-CT). Adaptive signal control technologies adjust when green lights start and end to accommodate current traffic patterns to promote smooth flow and ease traffic congestion.
