Resident Engineers Academy registration closed Friday, August 2, 2024.
The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance Resident Engineers Academy (REA) is a practical and interactive four-day online academy that provides core training for Tribal and local public agency employees that administer construction contracts using federal and State funds.
The REA course is designed for professionals with construction experience as either a Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, or Project Field Inspector who have a minimum of six months experience interpreting construction contract plans and specifications, and the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM).
The Local Assistance Resident Engineers Academy is now accepting applications from July 16, 2024, through August 2, 2024.
