Local Public Agencies and Caltrans District Training Evaluation for Local Civil Compliance

The Office of Local Civil Compliance (OLCC) in the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) is committed to providing improved guidance and training for our local agency and Caltrans district partners on the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program regulations, Title VI, and Americans with Disabilities Act program regulations.
