The California Water Boards Water Quality Certification and Waste Discharge Requirements Program (Program) is responsible for regulating discharges of dredged or fill material to waters of the state. An application needs to be submitted to the appropriate Water Board when a project may result in a discharge of dredged or fill material to waters of the state.

• Understand Program history and authority
• Know the basic types of Water Board permits
• Obtain general guidance for application submittals
The webinar is open to industry professionals involved in securing, planning, and implementing environmental permits for construction projects and mitigating their environmental impact.
