This survey is conducted by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to collect information regarding the use of these automated striping systems. In recent years, several automated pavement striping systems have been developed. Some of these systems are designed to lay out or stripe longitudinal markings, while others are only designed to apply auxiliary markings such as turn arrows and street symbols.
