The Art of Failing Forward presents best practices for reducing errors in project planning and construction through the teachings of Sun Tzu’s, The Art of War and by adopting a culture of Failing Forward. This webinar will provide real-life problem solving, interactive discussion, and out-of-the-box solutions for project dilemmas.
The free event is presented by the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA), the California Local Technical Assistance Program (CALTAP), the American Public Works Association (APWA) Sacramento Chapter, and the City of Rancho Cordova.
