The Nevada Local Technical Assistance Program will host the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Mobile Asphalt Technology Center’s (MATC’s) free virtual training course on asphalt mixtures for state agencies, contractors, local governments, and other organizations involved in asphalt pavement design and construction. This introductory-level course covers the design, production, construction, and evaluation of asphalt materials equipping participants to improve inspection practices and quality.
