Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) is in the process of updating the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) to reflect recently issued Federal Executive Orders, which rescinded previous Executive Orders relating to several environmental topics, including Environmental Justice and Climate Change. The affected LAPM chapters, forms/exhibits, and templates will be updated as soon as possible.
