This comprehensive 3-day grant workshop is designed to equip transportation professionals, Tribal planners, transit managers, public works managers, grant writers, and funding coordinators with the skills and knowledge necessary to craft competitive, compelling and successful grant proposals.
The workshop will feature three tracks – beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Whether you are new to grant writing or a seasoned professional, the National Tribal Grant Writing Workshop offers tailored tracks to meet the needs of all skill levels. Attendees will walk away with the tools and confidence to unlock the funding Tribal communities need.
Over the course of the workshop, learn how to:
• Effectively search for and identify the right grant funding opportunities
• Craft grant narratives that showcase the need, impact, and viability of their projects
• Manage grant awards and fulfill reporting requirements to maintain funding
• Network with experts from Southern Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP), Western TTAP, Federal Highway Administration, and leaders in the industry for one-on-one guidance.
