Revised Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR) Now Available

Catrans has revised its Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR) short form and narrative report format.  Both have been posted to the Caltrans templates page at http://www.dot.ca.gov/env/cultural/templates.html.  Any HPSRs not already submitted to Caltrans for review MUST be in the new format.
